Shipping Terms and Conditions

We provide free postage on all orders over £25 (Not in conjunction with any other offers). Please see below for further information.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail service:

Postage and Packaging are free of charge for orders over £25* and are £2.50 for orders under £25.

All order is typically dispatched within 1-3 working days from the date of order and should arrive within 2-5 working days from the dispatch date – not guaranteed

Friday orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched on Monday/Tuesday subject to availability.

Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday and Tuesday.

Please note, all product images are for illustration purposes only. Brands and packaging may vary.

Pharmacy (P-product) Orders:

All P-Product items need to be approved by the pharmacist before we can dispatch them.

P-product is indicated as those which require a questionnaire to be completed before ordering.

Our Pharmacy team may be required to contact you to ask you additional questions or recommend an alternative treatment. We have the right to cancel your request if the Pharmacist deems the order to be inappropriate based on clinical and/or medical grounds.

If we have to contact you, the dispensing of your order of P-products may be delayed and therefore your delivery may be delayed on rare occasions, however, you will be kept informed throughout this process.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At My Medicines Online, we try to provide the best service we can to all our customers. If you are not happy with the service provided or have any feedback, please contact our customer care team.

For returns (excluding items which fall under “Exceptions to the return policy” which can be found below), please:

Contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order at informing us that you wish to return your item.

Please wait for a response from our customer care who will confirm that your return has been approved.

Please then arrange return postage to:

Your parcel should contain the items(s) that you wish to return in their original condition and your full details and the order number which you received in your order confirmation email.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges but we will supply a free postage label if we have made an error in our despatch or if the item received is faulty or unfit for purpose.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will refund you minus the postage cost of £2.50, irrespective of whether your order qualified for free shipping.

Exemptions to the return policy

As we operate as a Pharmacy, we must ensure we abide by strict health and safety regulations that do not allow us to accept returns to certain items as outlined below:

Items that have been mixed after delivery and cannot be separated.

Unsealed products or items are worn next to the skin or hair, or hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, fragrances, hair accessories/products, skin products)

Any medicinal products or services that are either dispensed on prescription or are available free under an NHS arrangement.

Medicinal products or services that are dispensed or purchased.

Personalised Items or cosmetics

Perishable items (items that naturally deteriorate, e.g., food, confectionery, baby milk)
